For this reason, we grant a 3 years, 5 years or 7 years max guarantee for all luminaires and transformers by Tuorun
Test marks such as TÜV or Intertek prove high-level safety. Tuorun’s quality assurance system has received top ratings during audits performed by external test laboratories.
It goes without saying that Tuorun complies with all requirements of the European directive on the avoidance of harmful materials in products.
Tuorun provides a warranty for the flawless functioning of the products that have a guarantee notice for a period of 3 or 5 years as of the purchase date.
This warranty does not cover batteries, rechargeable batteries or user-replaceable components; these are covered solely by the statutory warranty.
If a Tuorun's product fail during this guarantee period due to a product fault, you as a customer will receive a replacement free of charge. Please send the defective product along with sufficient postage to factory address, or to our contact partner in your country, or in the guarantee conditions enclosed with the product. Make sure to include this guarantee certificate, the sales receipt, and details on the cause of the fault.
This guarantee is valid for global customers no matter where you come from.
Your statutory rights will naturally remain unaffected should a product be defective.
